Simon’s career spans over 40 years in the civil engineering industry, having worked on the tools before powerful and precise machinery became available to maintain highways. Simon’s ability to make the best of his resources (small, large and/or technologically advanced), saw him elevated to Operations Director and more recently M.D. of one of the largest civil engineering company’s in the Southwest.
Simon has managed diverse projects including routine and complex highway construction and maintenance, agricultural facilities construction and property maintenance, landscaping, groundworks and drainage schemes. Simons extensive operational experience enables him to find practical and reliable solutions to the most complex of challenges.
Simon is a Member of the Institute of Highways Engineers and until recently sat on one of the national Design and Maintenance Groups providing advise on health and safety matters and technical solutions within the industry.
Simon has a reputation across the Southwest for his honesty and frankness, always ensuring he delivers a quality service for a fair deal.

Arthurs career spans 45 years in the civil engineering industry, having started on the tools when highways were maintained largely by hand and worked his way up to being the Group M.D. of a large multifaceted engineering corporation operating across the Southwest and beyond.
Whilst Arthur has lead mergers of organisations across the country and headed workforce’s in the thousands, he has always remained true to his roots ensuring work on the ground is of high quality, efficient and delivers to the clients requirements. This customer focus ensures clients get the best advice and guidance which is grounded in many years of practical experience and robust business sense.
Arthur is a Fellow of the Institute of Highways Engineers and until recently sat on the National Highways Term Maintenance Association guiding the industry and advising Government.
Arthur is well known across the Southwest for his loyalty and determination to get things done properly with a no nonsense approach. This is to great advantage when dealing with the supply chain especially against tight deadlines and competitive pricing.
